The Whisper Prayer is a somatic anchor designed to calm your nervous system and shift your focus from the noise of the world to the sanctuary within.
Find Stillness: Sit or stand in a quiet place; even a two-minute pause can become your sanctuary.
The Inhale (3 Seconds): Breathe in slowly through your nose and silently whisper the first part of the prayer—this is your invitation to the Divine.
The Exhale (6 Seconds): Release your breath slowly to trigger your body’s relaxation response. Visualize tension, anxiety, or isolation leaving your body as you whisper the second part of the prayer.
Repeat: Cycle through this 8–20 times until the words feel like your own heartbeat.
